Expanding to 40 man rosters next season

Iowa Baseball Confederacy will be expanding rosters to 40 players total next season.  There will be still be a 30 man "Active" roster which will be the same as this year's 30 man roster.  In addition, we will add a "Farm Team" roster of 10 players.  The total player salary from both "Active" and "Farm Team" will still count against a team's salary cap.  The question is what that cap should be.  The idea of the 10 player farm team is that those would be minor leaguers or young rookies who are probably making just a $1 or $2.  The $300 salary cap was picked so that the average player makes $10.  So, do we base the $10 mean player price on the 30 man active roster or the 40 man total roster?  I want to make this decision once, for the 2012 season, and only change it again if we change the roster size again (not the number of teams).  What say you?

The vast majority of votes (including mine) was to keep the salary cap at $300.  I think that's good, but I wanted to make sure this is what everyone was expecting and planning on.
